And I didn't see a contact number or address and that does ring alarm bells. As I don't understand why you would hide that information. I think it give the customer confidence when purchasing

You renew domain names yearly or for longer periods about two weeks before they are due to expire

I cant see any rip off merchant keeping the domain name going for two years
