I'm sure there's many a good Vendor out there who lets themselves down with an absence of the necessary legalities for online selling, in addition to totally inaccurate statements: " If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) and 14 working days (non-UK orders) please contact Royal Mail Directly before contacting us. www.provapes.co.uk/pages/delivery-information " That is completely incorrect as they have the contract with RM, not the Buyer. It's a bit disappointing I think . . . . . .

I agree with Perpetua "It's a bit disappointing" to say the least. Provapes UK are breaking the law on several counts. yes you should be protected if paying with Paypal, but I for one wouldn't want to purchase anything from any vendor that is trading illegally.

Tayloragree with Chrissie and Perpetua 's comments regarding their questionable appearance online. But if it puts your mind at rest a little more, i have purchased from them previously and all was ok. Just a shame they can't tighten up their act a little online, surely it has to be for their benefit in the long run, would save people questioning their legitimacy.

Of course it would X&Y, in addition to being legal requirements for anyone who sells online. In this instance, for this particular Vendor - they need to tighten up their act considerably quite honestly. Personally, I need nothing that desperately which would tempt me to buy from any Vendor who appears to be unaware of their legal obligations. It's a personal decision of course as in all things. I might add, that it is part of our criteria before accepting any Vendor on the forum that they do conform to these required legalities - to hopefully provide Members with some safeguard and a degree of confidence if and when they do make a purchase.

The shop uses a Canadian e-commerce software and hosting solution for their operation Canadian laws are not as stringent as the European laws from what I can see www.canadabusiness.ca/eng/blog/entry/4631/The fact that they have used Registrant: Identity Protect Limited, to cover who they are They could be anyone, anywhere in the world with a UK depot they distribute from The only way you would find out their true identity is if you had to return an item and got their address that way
