For me jtc it has to be Inawera, sweet, tart and very pingy if that's a word, only one I've found to be realistic to the fruit, I love it on it's own at 8% (too much for some) or around 3-4% in recipes, just bagged myself another 15ml bottle, will last me ages. Cheers for that

jtc, Inawera Raspberry is in my same league as Capella Sweet Cream, I use them a LOT - LOL! Have also combined the two with VBIC for milkshake, add a drop of Koolada and it's perfect Mmmmmmmmm .......... hmmmm Cap SC yummy in my tummy!

It probably would, though the optimum percentage of the fruit might change. If you have tried the original (which I'm considering doing) you would probably find it rather simple to adapt it to another fruit. Or perhaps even a mixture? Hmm
