ok - so today Austria is voting for a new president - any mentioning of that in the BBC news - nope !

I know we are not a big country but still ......

 oh Greg   - till 1918 it was the imperial family - since then no more nobility in Austria ( at least not officially )

yes arch duke or Erzherzog Ferdinand belonged to the imperial family of Habsburg - the last emperor was Karl - he was a grand nephew of Franz-Josef , whose wife Sissy gained some fame through movies made about her - in real life she was very very pretty but also very very pretty mad

just realized it was not the final election but to decide the 2 candidates for the elections in May - so I let BBC off a bit
