so now today was the final vote - the candidates are very close - but now they need to wait till the postal votes are counted

why on earth could they not arrange it that those votes were counted today so that we have a clear result

Indeed. It seems more likely to be WWIII (or at least uprisings and coups) if the EU remains as it is than if it breaks up. Cameron is deluded there.

Austria voted and now it will vote again - what a decision of the high court - but imho the right one as there were some irregularities with the postal votes - interesting times
