I am wondering can you use your regular store imitation flavoring/extract to mix e-juice with, since they both have the same things in it. Also can you reduce the extract to make it more concentrated?

Many supermarket bought flavourings are often weak (as I think you've suggested) as well as potentially can contain some nasties (including for example oil, diacetyl, etc.). Some may be ok.... but I'd say wiser buying ones considered suitable for vaping.

Thanks for the info... there is a lot of stuff to learn and a lot of sites that I had no clue about. my wife made some liquids a few days ago that was really good. we are now just trying to learn everything we can I think this is the right place

lartho6given the FDA's announcement that's probably the safest idea for the future. just make sure to have plenty of freezer space for that nic base mix and your golden until it runs out  , oh and don't be daft buying it in high strength, its the dose that makes the poison and above 72mg/ml (7.2%) your really asking for trouble, a few dots on your skin of that 99% stuff will kill and nic poisoning isn't a pleasant way to go....
