There's Cupcake World/ Chef's Choice/ Aristo-Cat Cream xtc263 . . . . it really is a most potent flavour, literally 1-2% is sufficient. From the same range(s) there's a Devon Cream which is considerably less intense, but still very pleasant.

Think I used 15% last time I made it, which was plenty strong enough for me lol!

Lookn to make a strawberry and clotted cream juice

How about combining a sweet cream flavour with a little Greek Yoghurt for that sour note?

I lurrve chefs Devon Cream, mixed with TFA's English Toffee, it was one of my first successful mixes and has reminded me to mix up some more when I finally get around to trying all my new concentrates I've somehow managed to accumulate again
