Pricks my reply was simple.
The goods were advertised with free shipping, a free shipping option was offered at checkout, the order was processed with free shipping.
I expect a full refund within 48 hours if not i will open a claim via paypal.

ah, it was fun whilst it lasted i always enjoy a punt and its not like I ran out and ordered matching accessories?

If it wasn't for the dreaded import charge we could have made them lump all our orders together and paid a dollar a pop towards postage of £30 dollars for entire lot!!

The only niggle is that I did go through the estimate postage and told it I was United Kingdom, so they surely should have sorted out the free postage milarkey for entire world!  

There are so many time I think I could do with a USA relative........ I have some and should utilise them as my 'go between' postman  Tease-smiley

Strange how they demand $30 for priority shipping when the website says $46.95.......shiiit the Chinese can post for free.
Must be the OVERCHARGE HERE sign that reputedly hangs over rip off Britain.

It is USPS they had a big price hike a couple of months ago and from what I read they are worse than Royal Fail, IIRC first class uninsured is about $15 and $30 sounds about right for the insured service.  The only place that sell's the Evolv 510 charge about $40 shipping IIRC, not Evolv there shipping is very cheap.

hmm, never mind just have to get the money back now.

USPS, yeah they are definitely relatives of the PONY express, I've ordered fishing gear from the states and they were so damned slow, I gave up on one deleivery just waiting for the goods to the sorting centre.
Defintely highway robbery though, they can ship first class from New York to Los Angeles for around £4 but they want £20 to put it on a plane and forget about it. lol.
