Kangertech 2.2, 2.5 Ohm coils & Black Hyper tank 5ml

Way too high a wattage Stomper . . . . on my Protank/Protank type tanks I'm between 5-6 watts and filling up for the first with a new coil I leave it to ' sit ' for at least 30mins before using.

Then before I do actually fire it up, I'll take a couple of draws just to make sure the coil really is well covered in eliquid.

At 10 watts, your eliquid won't wick quickly enough to keep the coil well juiced - so you'll get those horrible burnt hits.

Thanks Perpetua, am using it on 5 watts now but not satisfying enough with no real airflow. The soaking the wick bit was probably the only bit i got right. LMAO.
It is a learning curve so i'll keep at it.
