Before I discovered ecigs, I was up to 40/50 ciggies a day - a committed Fag Ash Lil if ever there was one!

It took me a good couple of weeks to get past the habit of sparking up, that first one of the morning was the hardest to ditch. Until I woke up one morning and simply didn't want a cig the moment I opened my eyes.

In over 6 years I haven't looked back since . . . . so don't dwell on the ones you are still smoking, count the ones you aren't instead.

If I don't I will not be here within a few years. As per quotes from 2 cardiologists. Eeeeek.
All a bit confronting.
Anyway re strength of juce/nic I would like some advice.
I realise the info is probably here somewhere but I run out of energy searching

Well, the Smok R-Steam Nano looks like a good device, did you get the kit with the Nano TFV4 Atomiser?
If not what atomiser do you have?
I ask because The more efficient the atomiser the lower strength liquid you can use, because the device/atomiser is giving more vapour and therefore more Nicotine.

My initial thought is you need to up the nicotine strength of the liquid to help curb the nicotine cravings.

The next time you order your e-liquid buy some higher strengths (in small quantities) but if you can include some 24mg and 18mg. Try the 24 first, if you find it a bit too harsh then go to the 18mg and see if this helps.

Also what make liquid do you buy? Does it list the Vegetable Glycering (VG) and the Propylene Glycol (PG) ratio?
Higher PG may work for you as this gives "throat hit" which smokers can sometimes crave, VG gives clouds but is very mild on the throat.

Do not throw any liquid away we can advise how you will be able to drop or raise the nicotine strength if you need to, so you will not waste it.

Yes Des the Smok Nano had a TFV4 atomiser with it. I just also bought a Joytech Cubis which the guy said would be a good 50/50 unit between throat/lung and lung direct and am experimenting.
Nearly all the pre-made (Apollo) juices are 50/50 ratio at 12mg/nico.
I also have all the stuff now from Alchemist's Cupboard, VG, PG, 72/100mil, bottles, syringes etc.
I have flavours from Alch, Cup, Crave, Fusion, Artistry Extracts, Natural and Capella in assorted flavours.
I haven't been "tight" with my purchases as I really want to get on top of the fags.
I also have Egos (I think?) from Apollo, Smok and Vape only, along with 3 different atomiser/cart things. Actually about 15 so I can load up different flavours to figure what I like.
I will take the advice from you guys and try using 24/28 instead of 12/14.
What you all say makes a lot of sense.
I have to say that I'm enjoying playing around with different combos
Will report back in due course re how it's going, and once again can't thank you all enough.

Thanks for this Ron.
New Zealand are being obviously a bit more progressive than Australia with this.
Really think Oz have to re-think the Government's position with vaping/ecigs.
It's great I can order from UK or US, though would be even better if you could get it locally.
