I've just tweaked my Lords' letter a bit and emailed to Barbara Keeley MP, on the Shadow Health Team.

.... If you've already written to some Lords it does not require much tweaking to write to a member (or several, or all) of the Shadow Health Team.... and your MP

The vote that could make a difference by blocking the TPD should be happening sometime next week.... so STOP PUTTING IT OFF AND WRITE!!! (please!)

It's not a straightforward ask this time - if you are on twitter then a quick 5 tweets to the Labour Health team is easy. As Postmodern says in #3, you just need to tweek a previous letter ...

With the petition, and the Letter to Lords writing thing, we at ViP were really reluctant to throw another ask into the mix, it makes it all so hard to understand!

But we were persuaded for two main reasons:

1) ASH are lobbying against the fatal motion - they think the other measures in the TPD are worth nobbling ecigs for (they are wrong).
2) The Lords are likely to follow the suggestion of the Party whips (i.e. Labour is likely to vote against the motion)

So, it's convoluted, it's time consuming, BUT, if we want to save vaping, it is vital!

Note, the [e-mail] email address appears to be Lord Hunt of Kings Heath. So if emailing make sure that you address him as such!

A response has been received from Heidi Alexander MP by a vaper, who has just tweeted it at #LordsVapeVote 
This is the letter and his reply to her:
