They are very sought after and tough to get.

Your best bet is to join the tuttaltrofumo fb page and watch out for when Paulo makes a batch, normally around 50, they will be announced at what time they will go up on the site and its first come first served. Thats how i got mine.

Yeah I've already joined both groups an somehow people still get them even though I don't see a list. I've checked every single day lol an all I ever, I mean ever hear about Are good things about the Frankenskull. Recently put an order for a nopity so hopefully that works well.
