Favourite coconut?

Looking for a really good coconut mixer, going to trying a custard and coconut mix and maybe some others, so looking for more a sweet type(bounty but with no choc)

Anybody know of some good ones?

I've only tried tpa coconut extra but it's pretty accurate, it almost has the texture of bounty filling but may be sweetened further with a pinch of marshmallow. Perhaps 2% with your usual custard base would be a good place to start as it's strong, any more would be overpowering for me. If it doesn't work with custard I'd bet it would work with vanilla bean ice cream, I'm not a custard lover but love this.
