Maybe it is a work around as it seems TPA can't / won't ship to China: shop.perfumersapprentice.com/t-shipping.aspx

Again, I don't think this move is related to the TPD in anyway.

I just wish china would sell nic base. I know hiliq are meant to be good but shipping is expensive works out more than buying from darkstar or the ecig shop. May still be the best option in time

Anyway I see you are stocking flavors, perhaps you could stock a higher strength nicotine diluent? 72mg would be ideal. Must be good quality, as clear as possible. Would definitely buy some if you got it
