Should I send it back?

Or maybe I'm just being a bit picky, damaged on both sides it came today from FastTech.

Problem is it's took a month to get here... So a month back and another month on top of that for them to send a replacement... Probably just answered my own question.

Send them pictures of the damage and ask for a partial refund. They may even send out another like they did with that chap who received the broken watch case, who knows? I think you just have to be direct about what you expect them to do, but I'm sure you're more than aware of that.

I would not be happy about it but it depends on what you are using it for, if like me one of mine is a work one thats going to get batterd about then like you i would send
pics and see if i could get a discount and not be over worried about the mark on it.
If it was a going out keeping smart mod then i would ask for a full refund.

Bit of a bugger then mate, as you say its going to be a long wait to send it back and have them send another one out to you.

Got my second pico today the brushed steel one a happy bunny here, i love the little things just a nice small pocket mod.

Gutted for you mate but I would certainly send them some pics and see if you can get some sort of compo out of them. I hate it when things like this happen, you wait for ages for something from china, then this turns up

Bit pissed really as I don't but many mods found myself this year without a device as the IPV-D2 packed up, our dear gill was so kind and sent me a free mod. I was strongly advised to buy backup's so that's what this was.

I'm not hoping for much from FastTech as they only seem keen on new orders and not unhappy customers.

I was going to suggest take whatever FT offer you, if not a bit more . . . . then buy a sleeve Pacer.

Bought these for my Pico's, not very exciting colours but they fit well and do the job.

Nah, keep the good stuff for in the house, use stuff 'till it drops, take the shabby gear out then if it does get dropped/lost/stolen you still have yer shiny stuff at home

actually, talking 'bout using till it drops, I've still got my original ego 1100mAh battery from almost 4 years ago and not only does it still hold charge and works,...... the threads are still intact!!!
