I started a ticket with them over a Crown clone, got offered $4, told them I got the tank to use and $4 dollars would hardly let me replace it, they came back today saying they will send a replacement. I have answered send it asap please, hopefully it will work ok and the matter ends there, it has taken a few weeks to sort so kind of slow as they emailed on Thursdays each time except today.

That's hardly acceptable but I think they are deliberately low balling you. You may want to give them an idea of what you consider to be 'reasonable compensation', just so they fully understand. Also, if you paid with paypal you could mention opening a dispute to resolve the issue. That's usually enough to lubricate negotiations

My response 1st thing this morning... feeling a wee bit grumpy as always in mornings What!!! only $2? I paid $38 for this damaged item it's damaged on both sides and badly damaged. You need to offer me a full refund or a replacement of this item. Sorry but the response is not good enough from FastTech... Also why have I waited so long for a response... I sent my ticket on Friday morning as soon as I had opened the item. (Actually I would be happy with $5 refund as the Pico works well and it's only cosmetic... However the £1.30 they offered me wouldn't even buy me a sleeve for it.)
