As the title says I'm on the lookout for a second and third tank. I currently use a Protank 4 on a Cool Fire IV and can't fault it. The standard 0.5 coils seem to last for ages and still on my first one in 2 weeks. However, it is my first one so no idea if I can do better. So, I'm looking for a second to have a different juice in so I don't need to wait until this is empty if I want another flavour. Will want to use this one at 0.5 ohms at ~25W too. I notice there's a couple of Innokin iSub Apex's in the for sale section. Are these worth a punt or should I just buy a second Protank 4? The third one I'd like for stealth vaping when out and about. Blowing big clouds in the high street isn't ideal. A guy at work has an unused Subtank Nano that he'll sell me if I want it but again I've no idea if it'll meet my needs...he doesn't know either. He's not a hobbyist just a 'plain old vaper' and sticks with what he knows. If I use this at 1.2 ohms will it give me the stealth I'm looking for? The advantage of this is it also uses the same coils as the Protank 4 so I could easily change down to 0.5 if I wish. Other than that I'm stuck on what I should get. Any advice on either tanks or other recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks

I think you will enjoy the Isub tanks I have the Isub G which I find a very good piece of kit.

BeOneNice setup so far, I've been using isub v and Isub g and for the tank it's self are really good, you can get 0.5 or 2 ohm coils (possibly other ohms available) they aren't big cloud tanks either. Most of the isub coils fit these tanks which is a bonus. These tanks will happily run at 25-30w

What a fantastic gesture...go for it BeOne @yinyang Thanks Gill but they only cost about £11 from FT so the second hand value is buttons. I have a bucket load of Isub tanks in various incarnations so giving one to a member in need is no biggie.

Wow @yinyang blown away by your generosity and being Scottish free is my favourite price. If you're not using it then it will definitely find a use here. However, we're not as tight as we're made out to be and I'll send you my address on the condition you give me your Paypal and I'll cover the postage cost. Deal?

There is no box with it mate, just the tank, spare O rings and coils so a couple of 1st class stamps (which I already have) will cover the postage. So, either totally free or you don't get it ... PM me your address and I will post it tomorrow.

I use mini Nautilus for modest vaping. Hardly stealth but better than Subtank Nano for 13-15 watts and I prefer the airflow (not too air-ey) on these rather than 'shutting down' the subtank base... which only just about allows MTL.
The Protank 4 looks like a Subtank to me in all but name. Typical Kanger.... there was a clear difference between the Protank range and the Subtank range, now it's just confusing.

Even though I'm new djs I have noticed the clear difference between the Protank 2 and 3's compared to the 4. The 4 is very much a DL vape which I tend to enjoy more. I've never used the Subtank range. Do you think I'd have much to lose grabbing this off the guy at work even as a tester?

If the sub tank Nano is cheapish, IMO it would be worth a shot. A few of us will be meeting in the Constitution Bar in Edinburgh next Saturday BeOne for a few hours of jovial vaping, if you can manage along, there will be a good range of tanks and a few drippers you can try, free of charge, just because you are Scottish I'll post details in the Vapefest and other meet ups thread tomorrow. Great piece of generosity for a new member @yinyang
EDIT: There will most probably be a fair amount flavours for sampling next week BeOne and they are free as well. If you can manage along, I'll make you up a wee goodie bag to try.

That's very generous of you @yinyang. Love the iSub tanks myself BeOne . . . . . they are incredibly easy to dry burn and re-wick also, making long lasting coils last even longer!
