vaping in mexico

hello all

i'm going to mexico for holiday

i'm a bit worried about taking my vaping gear there, is it ok ?

and where is the best please to put your stuff ( batteries juice etc ) ie - all in suitcase or in hand luggage both
someone at work said i cant put batteries in your suitcase is this true

last time i checked aviation website.
mods and especially batteries have to go in hand luggage and be fully charged.
maximum liquid bottles is 100ml but they all have to go in miniture clear plastic bag with all your other liquids while going through security.
personally i always empty my tanks as they will always leak under pressure.
i also remove any labels on older bottles with the skull and crossbones on as they could still be confiscated as a banned substance.

always advisable to check on your carriers website for any changes as they can happen over night. i would also contact your travel agent and ask about destination country as weve had 2 reports this week of countries banning vaping all together.

i would also think about getting a vape bag. ive got one of these from gearbest www.gearbest.com/electronic-cigarettes/pp_197869.html
mine took 3 months to get here but they were pre orders.

Don't take any posh gear. Vaping is banned in Mexico.

In reality, very few countries would dare to take issue with a visitor, but if they want to take your £100 mod they will.

Work out how to do it with a few basic items.

Oddly enough, last time I went somewhere where vaping is banned, they left me my Vamo and Spinners and stole some other sh** instead.

I did Mexico in Jan '15, checked before I went and no mention of it being banned.

I had no problems at all, as already said batteries MUST be in proper cases and carried in your hand luggage, juice (if in hand luggage) has to be in one of the airports plastic bags and counts towards your 100ml max, but there is no problem with having extra juice in your suitcase, I took a couple of 10ml with me and a couple of 100ml in my case, I kept my tanks dry for the journey and carried a dripper attached to an 18350 Nemmy for stealth vaping at the airport.
