I can't agree the Firestick would be less, check the links for Amazon and GB I already posted. I do agree Kodi will run on it though.

there are some good aio builds for the firestick but i tend to just use phoenix, navi x and SALTS on them on the main tv`s in the house i use a fire tv box on one and an nvidia shield on them and use pulse ccm builds on both as said before use ares wizard to get the builds seo-michael.co.uk/tutorial-how-to-install-ares-wizard-kodi/

I've been trying to keep up with this thread but I'm totally lost My biggest question is I have a 10mb connection is this enough to run them smoothly? What is a half ways decent box that doesn't cost the earth? and do I need to buy a seperate keyboard? The updating part I will manage plenty vids on youtube but I'm terrible when it comes to choosing hardware. Many thanks for any help.

Take a look at the ones already mentioned, then come back with questions On it, I believe Kodi has been updated so the newest version will be in the Link I posted for it and Ares Will have just about any build mentioned. The other links posted have instructions for installing. I like the MXIII, but the M8 may be cheaper.

I did have a look joeten and my connection question was based on those. No point in having one if your internet isn't capable of running it. Also with several listed it's a bit easy for me to get lost in which one is the best one sorry if I'm a numpty but it's all new to me.

I used to stream video on a 6mbt in Spain And if that don't work or you get a lot of stoppages, the exodus add on has the option to download tv shows and films That way you can stop the buffering issues
One of the reasons I moved away from Heir Google Android and onto a dedicated windows mini pc, was for better storage
A small keyboard will help. One we have used for a few years cost about a tenner on Amazon www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00GTQ0J4G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

You can buy a Firestick for £35 less than the cost of the Android Box from Gearbest and it runs every bit as well with Kodi. I have a Android box and a Firestick and there is no difference in performance when you are actually streaming. done the same with the Firestick. Works a treat and all hidden away without the need for loads of cables with it plugging directly into the back of the tv

Hope someone can give me some advice on where to go next. Got an MX111 some time ago and have been happy with it up till now. I have been downloading and watching TV series through exodus and all was well until recently. It started off by me getting only part programme downloads to an sd card but figured out that I was over filling it. Cleared it out and also cleared the cache. Have tried bigger card and also a flash drive but am still getting problems, either not enough download to produce a thumbnail or the programme only playing approx half way through, Have reached hair pulling out stage and believe me have little enough to start off with. Have also spent long enough on line but cannot find anybody else having the same problem or a cure. Any advice will be greatly received especially if it is not too hard to follow for someone who is slow of thinking. Cheers in advance.
