Many months ago I swore I would never order from GB again, but recently I could not get a certain tank I was looking for from any other Chinese vendor. With a bit of trepidation I placed the order and was pleasantly surprised the next morning when I got the dispatched email .

5 days later the tank arrived, excellent, with a bit of confidence returning I ordered some HE4 batteries, again dispatched the next morning, and arrived some 10days later. Since then I have ordered 3 tanks in that time, all separate orders, all arriving within 5-10 days by British Express.

From  my point of view GB have really upped their game, i am not saying things may not go wrong at times just like in any business, but it does seem as if GB have really pulled out all the stops since  2015.

Credit must also go to isabel22 who does a cracking job on here. So all in all well done Gearbest!

My second experience of ordering batteries was the same I did message Isabel on Saturday about the tracking as it stuck at clearing customs in Brussels for days I was answered promptly on Monday assuring me that if the items weren't with me soon they would send out replacements, I had no sooner replied to Isabel and the posty arrived with my batteries which to my surprise were in a hard plastic box this time instead of cellophane wrappers. Just goes to show the tracking isn't always updated as when I checked the tracking after that it had been updated to my items would be with me in 2-8 days and they had cleared customs the same day as they arrived.
Kudos to isabel22 she's a fantastic help

Tracking relies on the postal workers scanning the item at the various stages. More often than not this isn't being done so you can recieve a delivery and still have it showing as at Heathrow etc. I find that the Chinese Postal workers are far more likely to scan than Royal Mail/Customs workers, hence a lot of complaints on here about holdups at Heathrow.

I can only echo the positive comments, things have improved greatly.

Ordered a Serpent Mini and iStick Pico. Both items arrived in 7 days.

Ordered a Billow v3 and Conqueror for me. Both items arrived in 6 days. Sadly both had QA issues. Contacted isabel22. Within 2 hours full refund and points + voucher.

Again isabel22 GearBest are lucky to have you!

I have also had a couple of very quick deliveries from their China Warehouse - definitely a game changer

Its truth that our warehouse ships fast than before when we got items restock
To be honest, much less issues than last year, all things look good

I did cave and order a cheap vr headset off them 2 weeks ago
could not believe it when it was delivered in less than 2 weeks
I'm still a bit wary of ordering off them but if this is the shape of things to come then I will use them more often
still feel for isabel22 because she has had to deal with a lot of problems in the past hopefully her job will get easier

It will take less 2 weeks for you to get in hand in usual
Sometimes it stuck for a while because Customs

I would have to agree with you at the present time @arront903. I have had a couple of orders at FT sitting over a week now with the shipping date falling back, but hey ho!
