After many people saying GB have improved I thought I would give them another try , they seem better with stock control. But after attempting to dodge my warranty DOA claim (they have a reputation for not honouring warranties), delay receiving the refund and then charging $1.99 for "free shipping" I wouldn't describe it as positive, cannot recommend them and highly doubt I will ever order from them again. ETA they did dispatch the order from the refund very quickly

Can you take this to PM with isabel22 on the forum now please Q. Whilst I appreciate your Facebook issues are causing you personal frustration, I doubt very much that car147 started his Vendor review thread with the intention of it being a place for them to be aired . . . . at some length. It would be good to show him a little respect in that direction I think. Thank you. And to get this back on topic - whilst I haven't purchased a huge amount from Gearbest, my personal experiences have been nothing but positive and I find ( for me ) that delivery times are faster than another well used Chinese vendor. I'll also take the opportunity to thank isabel22 for her continued patience and support towards Members who do experience difficulties with their orders.

I hadn't realised there were recent issues with a mod some members have recieved , and in hindsight I would not have posted this review , as I know it is annoying if your having problems and someone else pop's up with a glowing reference for them.
Hope everyone gets the issue resolved quickly.

Nothing wrong with honest reviews car147 , good or bad one does not invalidate the other, they have definitely improved with order processing and dispatch with my orders. But they still have serious customer service issue trying to reject legit warranty claims on a know fault and an annoying issue falsely advertising free shipping IMO.

That sums it up IMO, as long as nothing goes wrong fine, but if it does expect to fight with customer service dept.

Have to hunt for a uk seller with a good price. Was also a little concerned they don't seem to include the included 18650 sleeve adaptor thing. Ah well, you get what you pay for, including customer service. Thank you VapingBad

The only thing I trust GB with these days is coils. Luckily they often have TFV4 coils in their flash sales so I never have to buy them at full price.

I got some genuine 30Q batteries at a good price recently, I didn't want them just had to spend the credit on something. What do you think of them Jon? I noticed Mooch rated them in something I was reading the other day They were on a flash sale so cheaper than 25Rs, but so far so good, they have been keeping up with year old 25Rs, but I have only put a couple of cycles through them so reserve judgement. I am a bit wary of them for vaping over 50 W long term as with voltage sag they may well give less capacity than a 25R at high wattages, this is not proved. I wouldn't pay much more for them vs 25Rs or HE2s unless you know you are going to be a tootle puffer for the next couple of years. Good battery, just not sure at what wattage level the capacity will be less than 25R which are excellent value ATM. In a DNA 75 I run these batteries until I get a weak battery message the measure the voltage. VTC4 (2 years old) 3.25 V 25R (1 year old) 3.26 V 30Q (new) 3.3 V So already I can't access the lower voltage part of the storage due to sag, the DNA 75 will give weal battery message when it sees the battery drop to 2.75 V for a second. On Mooch's constant current tests a 25R has about 2,300 mAh at 20 A and a 30 Q has about 2,550 so if they are less than 10% more £££ than 25Rs go for it, if they are 20% more than 25Rs then the 25R is better value for me.

Can't quite work out why all the problems seem to be with vape related gear VapingBad. I've had several orders for non related vape equipment completed with no issues, generally in 10-14 days from ordering. So I've taken a punt, cashed in my points and ordered a Griffin mini in the flash sale for £12:60. I can only live in hope.
