To be fair GB have been pretty good with their stuff, provided it is in stock.....

My only issue is that their prices no longer lead the way, most of their 'flash sale' stuff is available cheaper elsewhere if you search.

Have to admit though.. I miss Isabels bloopers

I took a big risk with them 3 wks ago, they had the Lost Vape Therion in a flash sale for £71 delivered, the item was showing as in stock, and shipped the next day. The only hitch with the whole transaction was they sent it PostNL instead of British Express i had requested and paid for. The mod arrived in 14 days and has been spot on.

I realise i have taken a risk if anything was to go wrong as i dont expect any form of warranty if it came to it, but i am quite happy to swap out the board if the matter should arise.

Well, 14 days from ordering until the package arrived. Not too shabby but the jury's still out.

Ordered four items in the sale
Next morning I had a refund from paypal.
No explanation on their site

Tried to reorder, two of the items were sold out

Waiting to see what happens next, since the item that was still in stock, I ordered twice
Chinese holiday will put a two day wait on that

They will be refunded because GB aren't allowed to sell them in the UK, blame TW

It was 2 x roll of kenthal
1 x tweezers
1 x pack of 10 vape bands

All 77p items (big spenders budget)

So to stick two fingers up, the kenthal showed as being in stock, so I did two separate orders
They can supply two jiffy bags and postage

30m roll of kenthal that I use for silly money
One has been dispatched today

Using british express, door to door five days for a Merlin at a bargain price. I must be the only punter who never had a problem with GB.

Oooh lesley1 was that for the Pico? Don't be surprised if you are refunded when they return from holiday as they are not allowed to ship Eleaf products to the UK, some get through their system but others are stopped and refunded. Come back on here if they offer you a partial refund or points in your account instead and we will help you though it.

Fasttech is far easier to order from and can ship any brand of item they want. Literally just pennies more expensive but a far better experience than GearWorst as they are known in some places, they were kicked off here for breaking one too many rules unfortunately.

I don't know whether here will stop the buying , but may assist provide assurance prior to hitting the buy button or suggest where best to buy something from.
