Are there 2 custards interchangeable ?
I'm just about out of Cap but have 90ml of FA and was wondering if I can swap one for the other in my mix?

It's not interchangeable in the sense you'll get the same results.
FlavourArt Custard is much lighter than CAP......more like what you'll get in an American vanilla pudding pot...... and has a hint of lemon in it.
FA Custard is good though........more like an Italian gelato than a custard that we know......and works well with fruits.

Is it Flavourarts or Flavourers Apprentice you have Normal convention for concentrates abbreviation is FA = FlavourArt, TFA = The Flavour Apprentice ... Just saying! ... otherwise all anarchy and confusion risks being unleashed!

Is it Flavourarts or Flavourers Apprentice you have I use it as I would Capella's pipeman01 . . . . it'll be a little different, but still a very vapeable VC for my tastes.

cheers! I've made some samples so I'll do a taste test in a couple of weeks It'll be interesting to see what you think pipeman01 , though like Capella's a longer steep is better for the flavour to be at its nicest. TPA/TFA's VC was the first custard concentrate I ever tried and that I had to buy direct from the US then - 20% . . . . nothing else added, I thought it was a magical flavour after an almost exclusive diet of RY4! Now we're over run with the stuff!
