On Reflection.

Difficult to know just where this topic should go as it touches on a number of topics, but says nothing of others.

Anyways, here goes; - I am sitting here in the study looking back on 4 years of 100% vaping.
It did take me a month of cutting down on the fags and building up with the Sky-cig-a-likes before, on the 10th of July, stopping the fags altogether.

It then took another 2 weeks of cig-a-likes before buying an Ego Kit that came with Clearos and I got into Vaping properly.

 
So where am I now?
Well I don’t know if I am any healthier, but then again, I don’t know what kind of damage 58 thousand cigarettes would have done me and those same 58 thou, or almost £22000, added to my bank balance has certainly made a difference to my quality of life.

Okay, vaping supplies and experiments have cost me approximately £4000 (or £20 a week), but I now have enough stashed away to not need to buy anymore for the next 6 years.

The spare 18 thousand quid went on a decent motor, a half decent caravan, a new garden shed, a new front and back garden and a number of new household goodies.

Yesterday we took delivery of a new chest freezer and the old one is now in my shed with some vaping chemicals in it.

 
My life has changed dramatically for the good in the last 4 years and possibly it will again over the next 4, but if it does not and just stays the same, I will be well pleased and very content.

Thank you everyone in AAE-C who have all contributed to giving me the life I have today.

Congrats, I know I am a lot heather after 4 years, I was at meeting with long standing clients that I haven't seen in person for a couple of years last week and if they said I looked so much healthier the didn't recognise me at first once, they said it half a dozen times. I also noticed over the last couple of years hill walking at above 800 m I used to slow down, not out of breath more the O₂ not getting to my leg muscles fast enough and Mrs Bad would have to keep waiting for me, now it's the other way around. I can run 500 m without hyper-ventilating and I feel healthier at 50 than I did at 40.

Today I harvested my 100th Broad Bean Pod and 23 Onions.

The Br Beans are blanched and in the freezer. These will be bagged tonight.
The Onions are tied in bunches and hanging in the shed until they dry out.
They will then be knotted into some of the wife's old tights for storage.

It wasn't until I got into this gardening lark that I found a good use for Tights!!!!!
