This is just a bit of fall out from Brexit. You will get your just desserts when you can get a job, and the *non-jobs* at the top are no more. We are no longer a country which pays people for ticking boxes. At least, I hope so, or we will fail to survive.

Maybe you're right. But that is not why we have too many chiefs, and not enough Indians. That is all about meeting certain criteria, rather than getting the job done.

I work in the construction industry, which should have more people building things than office staff. However, I often arrive on site and see more office staff than builders. Something wrong there, methinks.
