I've been waiting for these graphene batteries to hit the vaping game as well as electric cars & bendy screen mobile fones.
Great potential for this stuff and lots of funding going into the invention

Sounds interesting. No doubt in the next year or so we will see progress in this area. Graphene battery discussion has been going on for a while now, without much commercial progress. Getting an 18650 form factor cell will be a big boost to many areas of battery powered items. The main advantage seems to be the faster recharge capability.

Yeah that and the life of the cell, 3,500 charge cycles compared to 300 or so with a normal IMR is a hell of difference.
If you assume one charge per day that's close to 10 years of life from a single battery.

You might see something around the time we finally get out of the EEC.
