Okay so Ballance didn't do it for England either, but our middle order batsmen did a great job that our openers could't do. Thankfully we have Moeen Ali on our side who took charge and scored 108 taking England from 110-5 to an all out reasonably respectable 328. So lets see what Pakistan can do on this wicket?

Close of play. Good start for England. They got 1 wicket in the three overs left to play. Trying for the second though.

After three days England might as well go home. Pakistan battled up to 542 all out, with Younus having a great innings scoring 218. So England were not likely to win this match starting 214 behind after the first innings. You would think they would at least give it a try, but the openers failed miserably and ended the day on 88 for 4. Two days to go and still 126 behind. Feel sorry if anyone has a Day 5 ticket. This could be all over by lunch time tomorrow. England were crap today, and there is not much else can be said about today's efforts.

Wheels and axles today tim It really was a dismal performance today. Hats off to Pakistan though for showing spirit. Also, why did they bother with tea when they only needed 20 odd runs? For the fee paying spectators? Or is that the cynic in me coming out yet again?
