i have just bought a second hand LT from a chap on UKV. i only use lr boges (via a lil mama) from health cabin. what voltage can/should i go upto and any other newbie tips anyone can offer, ive no real intentions of buying other cartos etc in the near future as i have around 70 to get through and i like them, i just want to try this Vv lark and if i like it maybe step up to the provari in a month or so.
raggy..............

LR cartos will only go as far as 3.7V. The lava tube regulates itself anyway, so won't allow it to go any higher as a safety feature.
Edited to add, even if you set it at 6V, it will drop to 3.7V anyway.

I've tried them with SR cartos in a tank at 4 - 5V and LR at 3.7 and to be honest found that the flavour and throat hit's much better with the LR cartos @ 3.7. Other people might disagree, down to personal preference really.

According to the table on Liberty flights, an LR boge from Health Cabin (2.0 - 2.2 Ohm) LINK will go up to 5 volts Ragjoy... You can get lower resistance cartomisers than that, which will be limited to lower voltages, and that's why others have said that you can only vape at 3.7, but the ones from HC are apparently 2.0 Ohms and over, so you can vape at up to 5 volts on your LT. Here's the table. 1.5 ohm between 3.0v - 3.7v 1.7 ohm between 3.0v - 4.2v 1.8 ohm between 3.0v - 4.5v 2.0 ohm between 3.0v - 5.0v 2.5 ohm between 3.0v - 6.0v 2.7 ohm between 3.0v - 6.0v 3.0 ohm between 3.0v - 6.0v

When I use cartos on the LT Rag, I use SR cartos (2.9-3.0 Ohm usually) and I only vape them at somewhere between 4.2 and 4.5. So I'm like you in that sense, don't really like the higher voltages... The real good thing about the LT is the fact that unless you run the batteries down low, you get a nice regulated vape, the voltage remains constant, it's great.
