Thanks everyone. I'll be looking for 18350 for the mini. Final question (I hope) do I need batts with nipples or without?

If you choose the AW's they're nippled/pipped Oneday.

When the Provari was launched (and bearing in mind that the LT is, basically, inspired by the Provari) ProVape advised that it was only to be used with AW IMR batteries. Later, they brought out a battery which they certified for use with it - it was capable of providing enough current safely to drive the unit under all foreseeable conditions. I'd treat the LT in the same way, and use only IMR batteries in it - and my own preference is for AWs, and even then, only bought from authorised vendors.

Be careful though cos 18650 AW IMR2000 mah battery's will not fit the lavatube without an o-ring- The 1600mah ones are fine though. As hifi says, IMR battery's all the way for me and although I use AWs I can recommend the moju republc IMRs, I still have a couple of these that have been going strong for over 10 months.

I'll add my vote for the AW IMR's. They may be more expensive but they should last for at least 500 re-charges and I find them totally consistent and reliable.
