So whats the best way to vape it? Drip a fresh wick and vape until dry would be a decent dose right?

I use isopropyl alcohol with the hemp crush hemp and mix iso run it through a sive and let iso evaporate in a slow cooker takes about 3 hours to get a couple of gramm of oil depending how much hemp you use .Or you can soak them hemp in pg and shake but this takes a while longer

Can I ask if you've found it to be beneficial?

Currently on my fourth round of physio but it seems to be making it worse not better. But I'm sick of popping pain killers that stop working after a while then I have to move on to something stronger etc etc. I've mainly ordered in hopes it helps with the anxiety but if it helps the back pain I'd be happy!

It definitely seems to be doing the trick for my back pain and a bloody painful leg condition. When it starts to wear off my back begins to feel a little stiff, but I take that as a cue for a top up.
Too early to know for sure about the other benefits, they are easier to imagine, I guess, but it's a thumbs up from me for the pain.

It's getting bloody difficult not to get too excited about this stuff. I have just changed the dressing on my leg wound for the first time since starting to use the CBD and it has made more progress in two days than the last few weeks.
It could be coincidence, but I'm not a massive believer in that sort of thing. Everything happens for a reason, right?

It's an ulcer that decided to open up again a few months ago, but as I'm far too young to get leg ulcers (or so all the nurses tell me!), I think of it as a wound. It makes me feel a bit better about it, as silly as that sounds.

It isn't as bad as it could be, although the minor op last year that was meant to fix the problem wasn't fun! It was mainly my back and the other random aches and pains from CFS that lead me to trying CBD and so far so good
