Think I'm done with smok

Been loving the tfv8, but it's peed me off now. I decided to save money and just build the rba deck this month. Apart from crappy grub screws which I replaced it's been great. Last night the insulator failed, my build was perfect but the current actually arced between the positive and the deck melting the insulator, I was able to get ohms to low from my mod even when the coils were removed. On top of this as usual I had to hammer the wedge on the topfill in a little to stop it opening in my pocket. Smok, you make great products and I really fancy the alien kit but I'm reconsidering. What's a good alternative to smok? I like crazy coil heads and a decent rba section. Might try a geekvape eagle

I have a couple of Griffin Eagles, and i'm most impressed. The re-wicking takes a bit of fettling to get right, but when you do they are fantastic. I have the dual spaced Clapton decks in both of mine, and run them at around 75w with great results. I bet they take longer to empty than the TFV8 too!

My tfv8s have been fault free, I've had them since release. I only use the rba and the grub screws are still intact. Superb tanks. But if you're unhappy then the aromamizer supreme is an excellent tank.

+one for the supreme, superb tank (although I sold mine). Never tried the eagle but the Griffins are great tanks and the mini griffin gives off great flavour, empties quicker than my Aeronaut drippers though. Another one I rate is the Smok TF rdta.

I'm glad you mentioned how quick the Griffin mini empties. I thought I had bought a tfv8 with a Griffin badge on it.
