I'm going demented here... since the last Windows update, I seem to have lost Adobe...however, when I go to my Plug-ins...Adobe is enabled & running ?? I cannot listen to my Radio 4 Extra, play games or upload pics from 'tiny-pic'... the message always reads ' cannot upload plug-in '...can any of you clever peeps help me

Only one version joeten...do you think it would be worth trying to uninstall Flash Player...then re-install? I'm so very grateful for your help

Unfortunately all you can do in chrome is disable it, since it is built into the browser Chrome
To get rid of Flash on Google’s browser take the following steps:
Copy and paste “chrome://plugins” into your search bar. Find the Adobe Flash Player plugin. Click disable. Now if by chance you have it in your windows programs and features you can uninstall that, but I expect not as you said you don't have 2 coppies.

Thank you for your help joeten...I restored to before the update...then today Microsoft sorted the problem via phone call...I don't know what exactly the problem was...but for now I'm back to normal ( computer-wise )
