Thanks mate I have been using ready mixed flavours now I want to start making them myself. I have been looking at recipes just got stuck finding concentrates so this is a big help thanks.

Just a small adjustment stuish, TPA is now TFA. The Flavourers Apprentice. Maybe without the "u", can't remember, but you get the drift.

TFA now deals with their food flavouring/concentrates. Often used interchangeably to mean the same thing/company.
