I have a clone and it's one of the few that has not leaked at all The only rules I follow are: Diagonal coil To only have the side of the wick touching the deck (ie no fibres in juice channel) To ensure the wick is not on the upper part of the deck (so it does not leak into the air hole) Sometimes, after I put the chimney on, I push a bit of wire down channel until I reach the bottom - to ensure the actual juice channel is clear Also I usually really soak the wick once the bottom chimney is on and ensure I can see just a little juice coming out of the channels Seems to work Hope you get it working, jacq13
