bomberharris - That's good to hear! I really want to get one. I've read a lot of good reviews from the UK but the reviews on Fasttech were far less complementary. Did you buy it in the UK?

yes I bought it from a vape shop thats close to me, awsum bit of kit

Fasttech haven't had their stock yet have they?

The complaints on FT were likely down to an issue with the first batch (some firing problem) But Smok has released a firmware upgrade to solve the problem.

blakey - I don't think they have. For memory, there were "complaint reviews" about the quality of the fire button (guess people bought it elsewhere?) but everywhere else I have read reviews they have been really positive.

yes there is a firmware upgrade i have it on my pc , but had no probs yet, so not upgraded as yet

Smokstore in China has the mod only for USD 45....but awaiting stock......

That's why I don't buy anything from that shop, I used to but not now.
I reckon if they made a tenner on the items people would buy more. I was in there for about an hour today chatting to the owners and they sold about £250.00 worth, one guy bought 4 bottles of Juice, 2 Grants 100ml and a Cuttwood Boss Reserve and something else £175.00

I have one too, and I completely agree, it's a great little mod (and I mean, little, I still can't believe there are two 18650s in there!).

It fires consistently, and positively on the firing bar. The screen is packed with information, all clear and easy to read. For anyone who has had a Smok mod before, the menu is intuitive and for those that haven't, the instruction booklet is easy to follow, and you'll soon be playing with the settings. It fits perfectly in the hand, and is really tactile.

My only con is the (in my case) gold decoration on the outside - I would have preferred something a little less colourful, but that's just my personal opinion.

All in all £58 well spent (and I got mine from a B&M too!). Oh, that was complete with a great TFV8 Baby Beast tank which, although thirsty, is a fantastic addition. I have already ordered some spare heads as I am off on hols in a couple of weeks time and will definitely be taking this for poolside vaping!

Was gonna buy one from vaping 101 for £50 but out of stock. Settled for an rx 2/3, but I'm sure I'll grab one of these too

I was gona buy one but went for the Minikin v2 and glad i did

I just didnt want the baby beast tank friend had one and neither of us liked it (so would have ended up in a draw expect ebay to be full of them soon)

Just sold my old xcube 2 and might consider the 2nd batch of aliens the non kit version possibly the silver one just to be different

DNA have the minikin v2 for 70 quid so at the currant price id get a 2nd minikin but at around 40 quid id get one

I have just firmware flashed mine, as was getting a few miss fires but all good now
