Ecigarette shop made me feel stupid...

Hi all...
while waiting for vape Mail.. I am on my last coil..
i use an gsh2. Bottom coil.. The coils fit an protank as well as afew others..
i went in to a shop just to buy some coils. And woman made me feel that I didn't know what I was using. Telling me they have never heard of my coils or clearomizer, never seen one. (Had some spare old coils with me) Asked if it was a disposable one, meaning to throw away the whole unit not replace the coils... 
Left me very confused but still felt I had to buy something while I was there.. So bought a clearomizer and looked it up when I got home and it's the newer version of the CE5. 
The gsh2 that they had, had a different coil to what I have ,,, but the same as this newer CE5.
if they would have said its a newer version then mine,, I would have been happy..
but telling me they had never heard of it. And asking me where I get my kit. Also the shops I did say I buy from they hadn't heard of those to, and that I shouldn't buy from the Internet.. (They also have a shop online,,, )

just feel stupid and my kit out dated..

What you need is something like this

Plus a meter of wick. 1.5mm from memory for the taste wick

Fasttech was the vape Mail I was waiting on,, but they hadn't heard of them...
I know they just wanted me to buy kit from them. Even asked about my juices. That they wouldnt work insub ohm tanks. Telling me there's is the best. 80/20 mix
Mine 50/50 &70/30 mix .
I was hoping they would be helpfull .

Lots of people's kit is 'outdated' or different wisher .... things move so fast (some buy everything, although the newest item is not necessarily the best, others find something that works for them and stick with it).... BUT the important thing is if it works for YOU....

Whilst I'm not familiar with ghs2, the protank is very well known. They, not you, are the stupid ones for not knowing of them
She probably is only familiar with the products that their shop stocks, so mightn't be at fault, although having said that, not nice if it left you feeling stupid/behind the times.

Name and shame the shop, so others are warned about a brain dead till monkey

The shop might start to employ staff that know vaping instead of profits

Those coils are easy to rebuild so DONT throw them away.
If you are not up to rebuilding them yourself i am sure you
will find some kind soul on here who would help you out.

Think of it as feedback rather than naming and shaming. As others have said, I doubt they'll be on here, but if they are they need to get their staff whipped into shape!

Another place to hit them is on google reviews
Be straight to the point, something like

"visited this shop to buy replacement coils for a popular tank and the staff member had never hear of the tank or coils"

With a massive one star rating

You might get a freebie from the shop as an apology or a staff retraining period

wisher I had a shop open in my town a couple of years ago so I popped in for a chat, he was telling me about the 'new kit' he had in stock (which I'd owned for about 6 months), I asked him what kit he used, to be told that he didn't vape, and went out the back for a ciggie.

If you want them re coiled and wicked with Jap cotton, save them up and post them to me and I'll sort them. I only use cotton for re wicking as I find silica wick a pain in the arse.

Sorry Dave, at work in the deepest depths of Scotland here. It's dark, wet and I'm using a phone that my fingers are too big for. Needing a dram. LOL.
