Incidentally, I bought one from Fasttech for £28. That's more like £32 now with the exchange rate (not worth it). Local peeps paid £48 for theirs.
At the moment, it's hard to get good deals even from China.
All my Eleaf and Joyetech products only come from Vapour Brands. Sure, they are part of Totally Wicked and I hate that, but you shouldn't take your chances with certain products and (cough, cough) certain shops.

At least from the outlet there isn't the branding or senseless/confusing change of product name djs - which makes a purchase more acceptable.
