Question from the mathematically challenged

simple sum
multiply the first juice amount by the nic
multiply the second juice amount by the nic
add the two answers together and divide by total juice amount

so for des question
30x24 = 720
10x12 = 120
add two answers - 840 then divide by 40ml... gives you 21mg

How many mls of nicotine do I add to the 2mls of flavouring

To give me 10ml of 12mg?

so all you have to do now is the simple sum backwards

12mg multiply by 10ml (which is the total amount of juice you want to make) = 120
120 will then need to be divided by 36mg (the nic strength you have)
120/36 = 3.3ml

so you will need 3.3ml of nic and the rest of the 10ml ie 6.7ml made up from 6.7ml VG/PG/Flavouring

if you want to use 20% flavouring that will equate to 2ml

so your mix will be

3¹/₃ml of nic
2ml of flavours
4²/₃ml of VG/PG mix

Can someone give this a go please.
I have 50ml of 36mg/ml nic L+M flavor liquid BM2 and don't like tobacco flavor.
What would I need to add to take it down to about 11mg nic and get rid of the tobacco flavor if this is possible.
Or should I just sell it lol.

You did not say what base your liquid is.

You have 36 mg/ml

You want 11 mg/ml

36x 50=1800 mg nic

Divide by target 11mg=1800/11=163.63 ml approx 164 ml of 11mg strength.

So you need to add 164-50=114 ml of dilutant PG or VG depending on your choice of mix. At that ratio the tobacco flavour will be about 1/3 of what it is now..You'll never really get rid of it..If you add apple flavour you may end up with a nice apple tabac..

Try it starting with 10 drops of your juice and add 22 drops of no nic PG to it and add 5-8 drops of apple flavour..

I think I might just sell it and try mixing my own at a later date as I seem to have gone off tobacco all together.

Or you could get some Menthol crystals Nero and add some of them to a small bottle of your Tabac mix . . . see if that's more to your taste.

Menthol can dominate most flavours.
