Some Real Morons About

[Get Off My Cloud]

Just had to call the fire brigade and cops out.
We have a communal laundry room in our block of flats with a bunch of dryers in it, some twat pulled a load of fluff out of the filters piled it in the middle of the room and set light to it.
Lucky we have a decent alarm system so it went off before any real damage was done , one of the neighbours knocked the fire out with a towel but i had to call the fire brigade and evacuate cos the hatches to the loft space in there and in the stairwell were open so didn't know if there were any further fires elsewhere as it was clearly deliberately set.
Fire brigade just checked there were no other fires anywhere and used a portable fan to clear the smoke, still waiting on the old bill to turn up.

Definitely glad for the alarm system because i'm on the third floor and the laundry room is between my flat and the stairs/lift so if a fire had spread out to the corridor i'd be f**ked.

There are CCTV cameras in the stairwells, entryway and outside so hopefully the old bill will get a result from that anyway.
