Interesting.
My understanding of TPD is that only retailers can sell existing non compliant stock (30ml bottles, over 20mg nic etc.) after 20th November, with no need to notify the MHRA.

As a manufacturer T-Juice must have notified (at a cost) the MHRA about any non compliant nicotine juices they will be selling after that date.
Probably explains why some of the less popular flavours are only going to be available as 0mg concentrates in order to save on the notification costs.
These guys need all the support that they can get to avoid the slippery slope that other UK juice vendors are disappearing down.
