Had a lend of an invader 3 today just to keep me going. Ended up really liking it due to the fuss free and toughness of the thing. Is there anything similar what but a bit chunkier so it suits the 25mm atties a bit better? Still think I'll grab one of these as they're tough enough to chuck about in work.

I've got the Tesla Invader III and I have a silicon sleeve coming from Fasttech. Depending on the thickness of the sleeve it could make the mod and a 25mm atty match with no overhang. The Tesla Invader III certainly delivers.

Must admit I'm currently being tempted by an Invader III too - I had a go on one last week, and am now saving my pennies and hoping that the local retailer still has one in stock ext time I can make it over to him! Has anyone encountered any problems with this mod, just so that I know what to be aware of? I have read reviews and they seem quite bombproof, but it''s alwyas good to know of any potential issues

I love my invader III... It's mainly a back up mod now though but it's still an amazing mod. As a review of it once said, "It's a far cheaper, far more reliable version of a Hex Ohm"

sydsut - you are absolutely right about the batteries. I left home at 8am this morning and got home at 8.30pm. Been using the Invader exclusively today just to test the battery life, and when I tried them in my Alien at around 5pm they were showing just under half discharged. Now looking again, and they are about 1/4 left, so will bang them in the charger to freshen them up before I go to bed. Excellent news for me, as I like faff-free! My Eagles with a resistance of around .15ohm dual Clapton work like a dream, as does my TFV4. Haven't tried a dripper yet, but I'm sure it will do the job nicely. Very impressed with the build quality, and the mod and a new pair of 25rs came out at £59 so very pleased at that!

(Worked out at around 26 with the proper conversion rates)

Yeah dalealan, but I have mine in my hand! LOL I don't mind supporting a local business TBH, especially as they let me try out a few tanks on the mod prior to purchasing. I have ordered a silicone cover for it from FT though

Update - batteries have just run out - that's almost a full day of vaping from one pair of 25rs, very impressive. I have to add however that the pot has been on its lowest setting throughout
