Same error dalealan and it's started draining the batteries when it's switched off. Might need to get your help sending a video.

Looks like I'll need to take this one on the chin and write off my £29 dalealan . Fasttech are doing a great job of muddying the water for their own satisfaction. Nooooo it's the principle. You've bought something which isn't fit for purpose. It's worth pre-emptying them striker42 and sending the vid before they ask showing the fault. If you have a photo bucket or similar account you just upload it (it's free to create one if you haven't) i found if you get the low res error but don't fire it and let it go to sleep it'll just do it again and again (like on my vid) but if you release the button then retire it the bloody thing may work for a bit so just copy the way I did it. Plus it's 30 quid to spend on something else. I put it towards a G Priv.
They won't refund, only a replacement and I MUST pay the return postage, that was today's message, which is different from yesterday's.
Bugger that. Ask to escalate it. Someone's left a review above yours and they're having the same intermittent fault. Oh and tell them it was DOA. You should be covered.
