Yeah striker42 just keep replying to the ticket slightly rewording why you should have your money back and that they should refund you the postage, they seem to have different responses each time.

Yeah striker42 just keep replying to the ticket slightly rewording why you should have your money back and that they should refund you the postage, they seem to have different responses each time. Yesterday it was no problem as the fault surfaced within 45 days of receiving the device. Under the warranty, I could have a replacement or refund when they received the device back and would pay for the postage if I sent them proof of how much it had cost, to a maximum of $40 or 50% of the monetary value of the item, whichever was the lowest. Move forward to today and I now have to pay the return postage and they will not offer a refund, only a replacement. Roll on tomorrow and it could be all change again.

They're a funny bunch. Oh and it should be 12.49 to post back signed as it'll be the same weight as mine.
