Not had dx/v2 versions as I prefer to buy v1/original. CAP Graham Cracker has a cinnamon back note to it that (for me) always comes through in the mix. This is fine if you want a recipe with this profile but not so much if you don't! TFA Graham Cracker clear is my GC of choice - I really like the taste of it and no cinnamon taste. It's just an all round good texture adding, digestivey biscuity type taste. Great for filling out a mix and I use it alot
