Couple of kit questions for everyone out there

What is peoples opinion of 900mAh Variable Voltage Ego Battery

Also I currently use Vision Ego Rainbow Clearomisers

I like them as they contain just the right amount of liquid, look nice and so far so good don't leak. They also produce a low Resistance version which according to the blurb give a better throat hit. What does this really mean? You taste the liquid more? Sorry I realise this is a bit of a noob question but a explaintion would be nice as I might buy some of the low resistance type.

Can anyone also recommend another cartomisers like the above but with small resiviours

I have an Ego VV battery but I think the older version. It's quite good but for VV I prefer my Lava Tube. I paid around £14 for the older ego vv with a passthrough (you can vape while it's charging )

I suppose by throat hit we mean it's a bit more like the sensation of smoking

What battery are you using at the moment? LR will drain the battery quicker and it's not really recommended on VV as the VV should give you a better throat hit anyway!

Good to hear your liking the Ego Rainbow, I'm not that keen on them really.

If you are using VV, then i don't think you can go far wrong with sr boge cartos!

If you have a large enough battery then lr boge cartos will give you great throat hit

From my understanding, but i could, and probably am, wrong.

lower resistance attys allow the liquid to heat quicker, thus giving more heat to the throat.

I love the stardust type carto`s for so many reasons.

1. can clearly see the liquid, so know when to top up.
2. look great on any device.

6. no silly filler to null the taste of juice

The VV will give you the same performance of a RIVA..You'll just have the ability to step down voltages..

Its cheaper to buy a RIVA battery..

If you want to try a VV try this because it is also a passthrough which means you can charge and vape..

Alan - if you want something "similar" but with a smaller reservoir the Imist is worth checking out - several vendors do it - Safercigs, Liberty Flights, E-cig Wizard spring to mind.
It is similar in the sense that you can see how much juice you have left but will give you a bit more of a belt than a Vision eGo and a good flavour as well.
