the teeniest pinch to start with and it will still blow your head off so just a couple of granules at a time give it a bloomin good shake to dissolve
you can always add more but you cant take it out

bear in mind when you put a pinch in a bowl of boiling water to inhale when you have a cold and that is strong so be very sparing
