Me too with stress. I have a lot of stress. I get stressed about being stressed and stressed when I'm not lol 😋 ah i suppose i'm lucky then lesley1 i dont really get that stressed maybe at work when its flat out and i dont get a break but TBH thats quite rare. Ohh I always take a break ☕️ without Costa I would surely die ⚰

Ohh I always take a break ☕️ without Costa I would surely die ⚰ ah trust me i normally do but some days we just dont have time to stop or should i say if you do stop it will only take you extra time later on to catch back up, So your better off eating while you work but last week i didn't have any breaks all week

Friendly smile to your boss 🙂 Why thank you young lady TBH if its quite we do go home early and they are fine with it but this time of yr is busy for us so no early days for us ATM We will make up for it at some point i'm sure.

T2 here, did a fair bit of testing from the day I got my bg meter. Tried 100% Pg 100%vg 50/50 mixes vaped each type exclusively for a week and my levels remained steady. Was Vaping 10-12 mil daily of 1-2 mg Biggest thing to impact my BG is carbs. I've gone onto a LCHF way of eating and despite eating more I've lost 15lb in 5 weeks purely by not consuming ore than 50g carbs a day. Being hungry all the time has disappeared and my energy levels are much better.

lesley1In the mornings I have either couple rashers grilled bacon with scramble eggs or approx 100g alpro natural yogurt with a seed mix about 25g and handful of blueberries with a soon of erythritol sweetner. Both nice and low carb and filling. Check out the protine rolls from lidls, most T2 can munch these with virtually no spikes and they are very yummy toasted with cheese. I buy the whole tray full then cut in half and freeze 2 rolls per ziplock bag.
