Anyone got any recommendations of a % to start off with the FA coffee expresso only I'm seeing mixed reports on the % to use on this one ranging from 2% to 10%
cheers Mark.

Anyone using FA Coffee Espresso at 10% needs a tastebud transplant! Mixers on ELR find it's strong (and for me, a bit rough) at 2% so add some creams, vanilla or whatever takes your fancy, to smooth it out a bit. The most highly-rated recipes it's used in on ELR rarely go over 1% and frequently use it alongside FA Tiramisu - check some out here.

I tried it at 4% as a tester, came out with a very strong burnt coconut flavour - wasn't awful but wasn't coffee either! On the other hand put it in a mocha mix @ 1.60% with 17.5 % total flavouring, and not a lot of it showed up. I'd think between 2-3% would be about right (if there ever is a right when personal taste is the judge!).
