Anyone recommend a decent blackberry concentrate for a recipe. Just most I look at don't have very good reviews?

have found the inwara (sp) to do good fruit flavours but alas this is not one i have tried myself

Thanks Perpetua I've emailed chefs to see if they can add the la blackberry to my order. So fingers crossed. It's to mix a clone of black astaire as I think I'll prefer that to the red stuff

Flavourmonks Blackberry is really good, it's the one I use in one of my RA mixes, CAP isn't bad either but I prefer the FM one with RA. I've got a Real Flavours one that I mixed at 18% with INW Raspberry at just 4% & it isn't very strong at all, in fact I'd got as far as saying I can't taste it in the mix...
