I am just having a moan about the price of concentrates, a few company's who produce there own never give you the option just to buy 10ml there always 30ml or above. So I have just found 5 I would like to try,for them 5 comes to with p&p £43:40p so if you didn't like any of them that's wasted money but if they were say £3 per 10ml that not to bad. I can understand overheads and costs but give us a break. Ok Moan Finished.

Who are the Companies? as Chefs Flavours, and The ECig Shop certainly sell 10ml bottles from all the top concentrate manufacturers.

I sympathise with the complaint. On the other end of the scale, when they don't sell 100ml or larger bottles of something I use lots of! Nightmare having to buy lots of silly little bottles when one would do nicely

Nightmare having to buy lots of silly little bottles when one would do nicely I agree totally, any concentrates that are common to a lot of recipes i always buy in 100 to 250ml bottles. It would be a nightmare and very costly buying 10ml of say Cap Vanilla Custard, the later always being bought in 250ml form Try checking out the two Companies i suggested tcg69 they both have vast stocks

Yeah, more should do 'sampler' or 'trial' sizes......I did have some 5ml. (or less?...) from F'Art a while back.

Whilst we are ranting about concentrates (hurrah!), I've noticed that a few companies/producers are getting a bit more "previous" with their pricing. I wonder with TPD etc if we will see more of the tenner or 15 quid for a 30ml concentrate - I really hope not I fully understand it's much cheaper than buying pre-made juice and it still works out to be pretty economical +1 for having a huge overdraft due to Chef's Must get round to trying Ecigshop too

I think you read my moan wrong,or I didn't put my post clear enough, what I am talking about is company's who produce there own concentrates or one shots. Not the main stream i.e. Fa / caps/ fw/pa.

Completely agree with your sentiments on the smaller bottles of concentrate tcg69. Although maybe not ideal, why not shout up what you're looking for and see if any of the members here can help out with a drop of concentrate or can send you a sample of ready made. It won't hurt to ask and I'm sure in true AAEC fashion, if any member has what you're after then you'll most probably get sorted out.

Ok example chefs vapour concentrates £8 for 30ml bottle I just trying to understand why they can't do 10ml.

Chefs certainly used to sell their own blends in 10ml bottles because I've bought them in the past . . . . I guess it boils down to what is economic for any company to produce. Perhaps Chefs Flavours Lew when he pops in next would be kind enough to add his insight as a Vendor. That's not to say I don't agree with you tcg69 , it's seldom I repeat making many flavours that I buy - but I do love trying new tastes so I've become accepting of the situation. ( ETA: If there are any flavours especially on your radar then let me know as I've a fair few of Chefs and would be more than happy to decant some 10ml bottles off for you. )

Perpetua - So, do you find that you have a load of bottles with a small amount of concentrate used? (I know you are far more controlled than me when making up mixes by volume!!!) Just thinking aloud, I know there were group buy options on here before (would that work for concentrates?) or otherwise could people club together to buy concentrates and pass them on to each other?

That's very kind of you Perpetua for the offer, i to purchased 10mls of there own blends I still have some from years ago, perhaps chefs could do some 10ml sample packs which I for one would purchase then if I liked the flavours I would buy 30ml+ bottles.

Perpetua - So, do you find that you have a load of bottles with a small amount of concentrate used? I certainly do ghostrider1971! I've normally a box on the go for the used/tried once flavours. Which when that fills up, I'll generally sell very reasonably as I'm happy to have a bit back than nothing at all. Just thinking aloud, I know there were group buy options on here before (would that work for concentrates?) or otherwise could people club together to buy concentrates and pass them on to each other? Our arron used to do GB's on concentrates buying direct from Capella and TPA, but it's a heck of a lot of work and not something I'd want to undertake have to be honest. allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/board/8/aae-op-buys
